Overview

Adam Weinberg is an Associate in K&F’s Commercial Real Estate Transaction Group. Adam focuses his practice on commercial and multi-family residential real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and development of real estate projects.

Adam’s practice involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, organizational documents, conveyance documents, resolutions and officer certifications, lease and license agreements (ground lease, office and retail), entity organizational documents, joint venture agreements, preferred equity documents, loan documents for CMBS loans, construction loans, CEMA loans and mezzanine loans (inclusive of loan agreements, notes, mortgages, security and pledge agreements and guaranties) for both lenders and borrowers and legal opinions.

Adam is highly skilled in conducting due diligence through analyzing title reports and surveys, negotiating title insurance policies and communicating and negotiating with attorneys and professionals in preparation for closings.
Adam graduated from University of Michigan with honors. He received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Adam worked as a Paralegal at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and during law school as a Summer Associate at K&F.
