Overview

Mike is a Partner in K&F’s Litigation Group and primarily represents lenders and secured parties in enforcement of loans and related litigation including judicial foreclosures and enforcement of mezzanine debt in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code.

Always on top of the most recent legislative and administrative changes, Mike has helped lenders navigate through the fallout of financial crises of 2007-10 and the current COVID health crisis.

Mike’s command over the individual facts of each matter and substantive knowledge of the law enables him to present each case to specific courtroom situations. Mike’s clients appreciate his ability to simplify complex legal issues allowing for strong courtroom advocacy and smoother negotiations.
