Overview

Zach is an Associate in K&F’s Commercial Real Estate Lending Group. Zach focuses his practice on representing both institutional and private lenders in commercial real estate lending matters including bridge, construction, and mezzanine loans collateralized by a range of asset classes including, multifamily, office, hotels, and retail. He also represents clients in transactional matters, with a focus on the acquisition and sales of commercial and residential properties. Client focused and highly detail oriented, Zach works hard to help his clients close swiftly and efficiently.

Representative Matters

  • Represented an individual in the $20MM disposition of two mixed-use properties in Manhattan.
  • Represented a Borrower in a $34MM ground up construction loan to build a 40-unit condo development with 80 parking spaces.
  • Represented a private lender in a $6.25MM mortgage financing secured by 21 properties located in Memphis, Tennessee, which was simultaneously split into two liens, and sold to another lender.
  • Represented a private lender in a $53mm land, building and mezzanine loan secured by a hotel in midtown Manhattan.
  • Represented a private lender in a $18mm construction loan secured by a condominium to be built consisting of thirty (30) residential units and 42,000 net sellable square feet.
  • Represented lender in the mortgage financing of 7 mixed-use properties consisting of 225 commercial tenants and located in 3 states containing approximately 789,000 sq. ft. in the amount of $81MM to be securitized in the capital markets.
  • Represented mezzanine lender in the mezzanine financing of a multi-use property located in New Jersey in the amount of $13MM with a mortgage loan in the amount of $40MM.
  • Represented lender in the acquisition financing of a 463-unit multi-family property in the amount of $24MM located in Inkster, MI to be securitized in the capital markets.
  • Represented lender in the acquisition financing of a 280-unit multi-family property located in Marietta, GA in the amount of $24MM to be securitized in the capitalized markets.
