K&F is pleased to announce the continued expansion of our Commercial Real Estate Lending Group with the addition of Michael Fralin as Senior Associate.

Michael focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance and has extensive experience representing investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies, REITs and specialty finance companies in connection with the origination of commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and related capital markets products, as well as the purchase and sale of properties and loans in individual and pool transactions. He also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with loan workouts and restructurings.

Michael’s extensive business background coupled with his involvement in both real estate and other business ventures gives him a comprehensive and unique perspective on the legal issues facing real estate owners and lenders.
