Madison Realty Capital Lends $316MM on New Orleans Four Seasons Hotel

Jerry Feuerstein, John Hayes, and Andrew Markland represented Madison Realty Capital in their origination of a $315.6 million loan to Carpenter & Company and Woodward Interests for the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans, which is uniquely positioned along the Mississippi River, between the French Quarter and Central Business Districts. The loan will fund the completion of the asset’s renovation.
